Job Description
Acting as a first point of contact for the corporate finance department, dealing with correspondence and phone calls
Assisting in execution of deals
Assisting in the preparation of marketing pitch books and related materials
Creating financial models
Drafting marketing documents such as Confidential Information Memorandums for financing and/ or sell-assignments
Building Company forecast models
Producing and maintaining various database
Responsible for conducting and documenting simple to moderate standard financial analysis and ad hoc finance projects
Perform research and analysis of financial and loan data.
Support senior staff in varied areas of financial analysis including one or all of the following: standard monthly management reporting and variance analyses, forecasting and strategic planning
Qualification and Requirements
A minimum of a Degree is required.
At least one-year experience
A commitment to excellent services
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
