A reputable organisation based in Accra seeks to employ the services of qualified personnel to fill vacancy in its establishment: Construction Manager
Job Summary
Must be able to ensure each construction project is delivered in accordance with the drawings and specifications and the quality described in the contract documents
Must be able to compile scope of works and tender lists for each trade
Must ensure that subcontractors fulfill the works required by them under their scope of works
Sound administrative skills and a team spirit is required

Qualification Required & Experience
Degree in BSc. Civil Engineering, Building Technology or its equivalent
Certificate in project management and would be an advantage
Minimum of 5 years experience
Ability to drive or ride a motorbike will be an added advantage
