Casino Credit Manager Description: Direct Hire. Relocation package available for well qualified candidate. Responsibilities : Oversee casino Credit department Oversight of casino credit process including decision making on extension of credit to guests and maintaining guest credit files Coordinate and communicate with gaming and marketing departments related to guest credit lines Support collection efforts and department scheduling Define and maintain a positive organizational culture Grant, suspend, or deny casino credit to guests in accordance with regulatory policy, internal controls, and guidelines Process casino credit applications directly or through credit department team members Communicate with guests regarding credit decisions Ensure department maintains proper documentation supporting credit decisions Communicate and interact with marketing, gaming, and player services in relation to guest credit decisions and credit balances Oversee maintenance of guest credit files and communicate with other casinos to ensure expedient verification of guest credit profile Verify and post confidential credit information to the computerized credit systems Ensure Credit Department team members track and maintain casino credit balances and statistics for internal reporting Ensure Credit Team keeps reports up to date on aging of casino credit receivables Complete in-house Suspicious Activity reports in accordance with the Title 31 Compliance program. Align schedule of casino credit department hours with business needs and maintain casino credit team member schedules Chair Credit Committee meetings and ensure agenda, minutes, and supporting meeting materials are completed Maintain the strictest confidence of all confidential information Other related duties as required Skills & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree At least 5 years of experience in a credit-related decision-making capacity in a high-volume casino gaming environment At least 3 years of experience assisting VIP casino guests Familiarity with Bank Secrecy Act and Title 31 reporting requirements. Must pass the annual Title 31 testing Ability to read and interpret Consumer Credit Bureaus, Gaming Reports, and Bank Verification reports Knowledge of industry regulations related to Casino Credit Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Outstanding multitasking, organization, and written and verbal communication skills Ability to work nights or weekends as required to meet business needs For 25 years, Millennium Consulting has been a leader in professional staffing.
