Estimate material and labour
Monitor use of material
Plan and develop work schedules, equipment usage schedules, priority of carpentry expenditure and procedures for equipment maintenance

Train and inform employees of new work methods or procedures, change in safety regulations, work policies, construction codes, and the like
Perform other duties as assigned by superior
