Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; verifying information
Communicating with Guards and Customers using the VHF radio
Standby for Emergency Security guarding
Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information
Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems
Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures

Qualification and Requirements
A minimum of an SHS is required
At least 1-3 years work experience
Good communication skills
Applicants must be willing to work during night shift from 6pm to 6am
Must possess good interpersonal skills
Must be able to type 30 words within a minute
