Responsibilities include:
Contact and communicate potential clients to establish rapport
Planning and overseeing new market initiatives
Researching individuals and organizations to find new opportunities
Increase value of current customers whilst attracting new ones
Finding & developing new markets and improving sales
Developing team goals for business growth and ensuring they are met
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
Requirements include:
Must be able to travel to our Teshie 1st Junction Office in Accra within 1-hour commute
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
Have a minimum of 2-3 years of Sales or marketing experience
Have experience in FMCG sector, Beauty, or Cosmetics industries
Self-Starter with Strong communication and leadership skills
IT fluency with Microsoft Office and be comfortable using a computer for various tasks
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task with priorities
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
Able Work in dynamic, intense environment and ability to adapt and customer focused
