Job Description
Essential Job Duties:
· Reports to the Business Development Director
· Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
· Increasing client base
· Have a very good knowledge of business product and value proposition
· Writing business proposals
· Negotiating with stakeholders
· Identify and map business strengths and customer needs
· Research business opportunities and viable income streams
· Following industry trends both locally and internationally
· Reporting on successes and areas that need improvement
· Able to meet and exceed set targets
· Any other duties assigned
Education & Basic Qualification:
· Degree in Business Development/ Economics/ Finance/ Marketing
· 3+ Years field experience
· Very Strong communication and presentation skills
· Stakeholder management skills
· Proven ability to negotiate
· Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
· Good with conflict resolution
· Ability to self-motivate as well as motivate a team
· Experience with targets and exceeding targets
Experience working to and exceeding targets
