Job Title
: Branch Manager

Job Location
: Takoradi

Job Description
Supervise the operations and the marketing efforts at the Takoradi Branch
Manage and grow the business within the entire Western and Central Regions
Develop and manage marketing and communication strategy for the business in the catchments area
Research the market and identify potential target customers
Develop solid long-term relationships with both existing and prospective customers
Generate business leads and follow up on sales opportunities
Write winning proposals to potential partners and clients
Work to weekly and monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators
Produce weekly reports to measure key performance indicators

Qualification and Requirements
Minimum Higher National Diploma (HND) Marketing option
Minimum three (3) years working experience in a similar position
Must have a strong marketing background
Ability to drive and possessing of Valid Driving license is an advantage
Must live in and around Takoradi or its environs
