Job Description
The programme is in three stages. First, candidates get intensively trained and acquire professional certificates from
our education partner Microsoft. Successful candidates are on-boarded via the
National Service Scheme posting with us. Top performers are then given attractive
job offers and employment opportunities with global clients in the field of
Software Development or Data Science.

Software Developer Requirements:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer
Engineering, or IT; Candidates from other study fields in STEM may be
considered if passion and talent for Software Development is demonstrated
Candidates graduating in 2020 are eligible to apply.
Must have taken courses in Data Structures, Algorithms, Object Oriented
Programming during undergraduate studies
Strong interest and temperament for Computer Programming
Good working knowledge of at least one programming language (either
C/C++ / Java / Javascript or Python …)
Available GitHub project is a plus
Data Scientist Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or a closely related field.
Candidates graduating in 2020 are eligible to apply.
Candidates must have taken at least one course related to probability
and statistics during their undergraduate degree
Strong interest in data science and analytics.
Familiarity with Statistical Analysis Software like STATA or SPSS or
Python, etc.
Responsibilities:
Complete free 3-month Microsoft Course in Software Development or Data
Science with us (full-time)
Complete minimum of 6 months National Service term with us (full-time,
paid)
Participate in all programme related activities (assignments, quizzes, exams, check-ins)
Successful candidates receive job offers afterward – there are no
