Support the Premium Admin team to manage and ensure timely and optimal level of premium collection whilst maintaining good relations with customers.

Job Description
· Receive premium mandates submitted by underwriting department and ensure all new
businesses due for submission are duly lodged with the department
· Categorize mandates by bank and confirm accuracy of
mandate details with premium schedules due to be submitted to the banks for
deductions
· Conduct regular audit to ensure that total policies issued match total policies sent to
the banks
· Liaise with bank reps. for premium deduction in line with direct debit instructions
· Monitor and ensure premium collections through alternative payment methods i.e.. Momo, cheque etc.
· Handle and maintain CAGD accounts (i.e. all premium payment from controller clients)
· Update premiums on client policies and assist with Policy movement/changes.
· Receive payment advice from Sales team for all initial and subsequent payments
· Engage clients with overdue premium payments and recommend solutions for retrieving outstanding premiums by
suggesting payment plans/arrangements
· Prepare and provide customer premium statements at the request of customers
· Provide daily report on overdue accounts
· Ensure proper filing of all premium related documents and correspondence
