Key Responsibilities:Making bids on potential building projectsWorking with clients to determine requirements for building projectsDeveloping initial estimates on structure costs, building time and special requirementsPreparing detailed drawings showing both the appearance and interior structure of a building projectDirecting staff in the development of project drawings, studies and budgetsPreparing work contracts for building subcontractorsVisiting building worksites to ensure work is being done according to architectural plansDeveloping and giving presentations to inform the public about upcoming public building projectsSkills and Qualifications:Ability to work with architectural software to create building plansExcellent attention to detailStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to prepare and deliver presentations to large groupsWritten and verbal communication skills.Math SkillsRequirements:National Service Personnel.Post National Service with at least 2 years experienceSalary: NegotiableLocation: Accra TemaEmployment Type:Full Time
