Job Description
Responsibilities will include:
In charge of the manufacturing of all apparels in the factory unit
Preparing Apparel production plan weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Ensuring that apparel production lines are properly balanced for target output.
In charge of quality assurance and quality control in the factory unit and ensuring all garments meet the company's standard
In charge of supervising packaging of apparels
Checking the quality of raw materials and standardization of raw materials
Coordinating with the main office for manufacturing orders
Assist in the recruitment of workers for the factory and provide training for them
Assign production workers to the different department according to their skills
Giving daily reports of production activities
Ensuring that all the manufacturing targets are met
Ensuring all safety procedures are implemented in the factory
Qualification and Requirements:
Apparel related Associates or Bachelor’s Degree from a Fashion School
Over 3 years work experience in production management.
Computer Skills
Strong computer proficiency with emphasis on Microsoft Office, pivot tables/data manipulation and analysis
Competencies
Skills or knowledge in pattern-making and quality assurance/control
Must possess strong communication, organizational, planning, and leadership skills
Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
