Working hours will start at 25hrs/week and be increased by 5 hours each month over a 3 month trial period up to 35hrs (7hrs/day not including lunch). During the trial period you will be paid hourly (e.i. your hours and salary will increase over the period of the trial).
Job Summary
HIPOerp is a UK companies house registered Tech Start-Up with the intention of providing Bespoke ERP solutions to small business's in the UK initially. A .Net developer with experience developing API’s is needed to help develop extensions and integrations to our core ERP platform. This will be working from home and baring meetings and scheduled events we will provide flexible working hours. HIPOerp believes people work best when they have control of their day to day lives.
Job Description
Take user stories and expand them into a mutually agreed upon requirements.
Build and test the deliverable and facilitate end user acceptance of the final solutions
Develop and Document (at a technical level) API’s and extensions to the core platform
Take rough technical designs/diagrams/documentation from the company owner and expand into working documents for external techinical suppliers
Help on-bored future staff members
Minimum Requirements
You must have your own computer/laptop and internet connection as you will initially be working from home. (can consider a data allowance if necessary)
You must have the knowledge and ability to download and install any and all Development tools needed for day to day development work i.e Visual Studio, GitHub etc (HIPOerp will purchase any necessary licences/subscriptions)
Minimum Qualification: Diploma or Relevant Experience. If you don’t have a Degree or Diploma we will require at least 2 years work experience in a similar role. HIPOerp want's to keep opportunities open to people of all educational backgrounds so if you believe you can do the job and have the work experience to prove it then do please apply.
Experience Length: Minimum of 1 years experience developing with C# and/or JavaScript and at the very least a working knowledge of Node.JS Framework or C# .Net Framework along with API’s (more experience with a development Framework (Node/.NET) & API development will enhance your chances securing this role) salary will depend on experience. If you have more than 2 years experience please feel free to apply, we cannot increase the salary above the stated range as of now, however if the idea of getting into a UK Tech Start-Up at the beginning of it's journey sounds like a good opportunity then we may be able to negotiate other potential benefits.
