Công vi?c Supervision of the performances monitoring (technical and economical approach) of the animal productions (data recording, farm performance report, etc.Manage and supervise the activities of the employees of Technical team.Improve the technical skill of sales team to be more technical oriented.Organize technical seminars to promote products to customers (distributors, farmers ...)Organize the product knowledge training for sales team (feeding program, the benefit of the feed, etc).Provide customers technical advices about breeding, veterinary, animal nutrition.Make an audit of customer farm, and follow up the improvement of the farm.Evaluate the potentials of development and identify the livestock market needs ( products, services and tools)Supervision of the performances monitoring (technical and economical approach) of the animal productions (data recording, farm performance report, etc).Receive, respond, and make an analysis of customers’ feedback and claim. Share to the related department (Regional technical, PD&A, QC/QA)Initiate the commercial trial and prepare the protocol of the trial in customer farm.Maintain relationships with customers in order to retain existing customers and find new onesSend report to superior weekly.
