Supervise the account clerk.
Timely processing of invoices and payment to both foreign and local suppliers.
Reconcile supplier’s accounts at the end of each month.
Responsible for all statutory filing (VAT, GETFUND, NHIL, CEPS and WTAX returns)
Responsible for cheques writing to suppliers.
Carry out banking activities or transactions on behalf of the company.
Timely and accurate posting of transactions into the accounting software.
Ensure that all accounts are matched at all times.
Ensures completeness of financial transaction.
Manage fixed asset module and depreciation.
Ensure that fixed asset module reconciles to the fixed asset schedule.
