Program Overview
This program is designed for newly or partly qualified Chartered Accountants who are interested in building experience within our Accounting & Compliance unit for a period of 6 months with the possibility of permanent employment.
The participants in the program will be well-trained (classroom and field) and they will also obtain first-hand Accounting & Compliance experience while working with TGS PenielSteophens during the period.
Entry Criteria
Newly or partly qualified Chartered Accountant with any of the recognized professional accounting bodies ACCA, ICA, CPA, CIMA
Candidates must have good analytical skills
Selection Process
Take the TGS PenielStephens Aptitude Test
Must be less than 31 years of age
Partner Interview
Complete other protocols
